This policy explains how Caledri ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information across our websites, dashboard, public booking pages, integrations, and related services. Caledri provides booking, customer management, and messaging software to independent service businesses ("businesses"), whose clients ("you") book appointments through Caledri booking pages.
Information We Collect
We may collect account and profile data, booking and customer data (such as your name, email address, and phone number when you book an appointment), payment metadata, messaging metadata, calendar integration metadata, and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the platform, authenticate users, run booking workflows, process billing, send transactional messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and payment receipts, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
SMS / Text Messaging
Businesses on Caledri send informational text messages — such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and payment receipts — to clients who provide their phone number and consent while booking an appointment. Message frequency varies with your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP or contact support@caledri.com for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors that operate the text messaging service on our behalf.
How We Share Information
We may share data with service providers and integrations a business enables (for example infrastructure, payment, messaging, and calendar providers), with authorized members of a business's workspace, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Retention and Security
We retain data only as long as necessary for service operation, legal requirements, and dispute resolution. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
