Terms of Service

Caledri Solutions — Effective date: June 6, 2026. Last updated: July 17, 2026.

These Terms govern use of Caledri websites, apps, APIs, and related services, including the public booking pages operated for businesses on the Caledri platform. By using Caledri, you agree to these Terms.

Account and Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the platform lawfully. You may not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number while booking an appointment with a business on Caledri, you consent to receive informational text messages from that business about your appointments — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, changes, and payment receipts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, START to re-subscribe, or HELP for assistance (or contact support@caledri.com). Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Customer Data and Responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for the data they submit, including booking and customer data and communications content, and for obtaining required notices and consents under applicable law.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Recurring Billing

Some features are paid. Fees, billing cycle, and plan details are shown at checkout and in your billing settings. When you start a paid subscription, you authorize Caledri (or, for a subscription to a business on our platform, that business) and our payment processor to store your payment method and charge it automatically each billing period — at the price and interval shown — until you cancel. If a subscription includes a free trial, recurring charges begin automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price, and you can cancel anytime from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current period.

For subscriptions and payments between a business and its own customers, the business is the merchant of record and is responsible for its goods and services, pricing, refunds, and consents; Caledri acts only as the technology and payment-facilitation provider. Third-party integrations (for example Stripe payments, messaging, and calendar providers) are subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caledri is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as described in the full legal terms.
